Refunds & Exchanges

The National Lutheran Choir does not offer refunds on concert ticket purchases.  However, we will gladly exchange your tickets provided you notify us during business hours (M-F 9 am – 4 pm) at least 48 hours in advance of your ticketed concert date.  Alternately, if you act in advance of your ticketed concert date, you may designate your ticket purchase as a tax-deductible donation to the choir in accordance with IRS regulations.  Unused tickets cannot be exchanged or converted to a donation after the event date has passed.

In rare instances, a performance may be re-scheduled due to weather.  In that case, your ticket will be valid for a re-scheduled event or may be exchanged for another event.

There are no refunds on CD purchases unless the merchandise is defective.
